Scott Dutton was recommended to us last spring by a Sales Associate at Yard Birds. Having always received sound advice from Yard Birds, we decided to give Scott a call. From the first day we met until the final day of our final home improvement project, Scott was all anyone could ever ask for in a contractor, and more.
These are some of the things we had Scott do for us. All new windows and doors, complete exterior house paint and trim, interior half-wall removal, installation of a kitchen fan, installation of a new 200 amp electrical panel, replacement of one entire living room wall (when dry rot was unexpectedly discovered), removal of existing patio cover and a design drawn up for a new one. As I said, these are just some of the projects Scott did for us.
Throughout it all, Scott was extremely professional. For example, he supplied for us, in advance, a detailed estimate for each project which he always competed at or below the estimate of both time and money.
As we watched Scott work, how he treated his employees, how he started each day on time and with a smile, how he was never satisfied until we were satisfied, our respect and admiration grew for the man, as well as the contractor.
